Check at source
Do not trust this page, including this page
Entry rules change without much notice and vary by nationality. Anything written down has a shelf life.
The rule that does not change
Check the current requirement at the official source for your nationality when you book, and check it again about a month before you fly.
That is the whole of the reliable advice. Several countries in this region have moved from visas on arrival to online travel authorisations in recent years, processing is not always instant, and a page written eighteen months ago may describe a system that no longer exists.
The single-entry trap
The specific thing that catches people on a honeymoon, because honeymoons are more likely than other trips to involve more than one country.
If your route leaves a country and comes back into it — which happens more often than people expect once flights are routed through a hub — a single-entry visa is spent on the way out. Check what your actual route requires rather than what the country generally requires.
- Tell us your route and we will flag where this applies
- Watch for routings that transit a country you are also visiting
- Some regional arrangements allow multi-country entry on one permit — ask whether yours qualifies
- Apply in good time: "usually instant" is not "always instant"
What to have ready when you apply
| Usually needed | Note |
|---|---|
| Passport details | Exactly as printed, including middle names |
| A recent photograph | To the specification given; rejections for photo format are common |
| Proof of onward travel | Your flight itinerary |
| Accommodation details | The first night is usually enough; we can supply it |
| A yellow fever certificate | Depending on nationality and prior travel — see the health page |
What we do
We are not immigration advisers and will not pretend to be. What the agency does is tell you what your specific route touches, supply the accommodation and itinerary details an application asks for, and flag when a routing creates a re-entry that you might not have noticed.
The application itself is yours to make, at the official source.
